Tricia Cochran
Owner and Reformer + Mat Pilates Instructor
Tricia is a certified Pilates instructor. Her dynamic and challenging reformer and mat Pilates classes focus on building core strength, flexibility, and overall body conditioning. Her love for the flow, rhythm, and challenge of Pilates sparked a focus on her routines. In every class, Tricia focuses on slow, controlled, intentional movement, teaching clients how to activate their core, move with purpose, and build strength from the inside out. She ensures that every exercise can be modified to meet each client’s comfort level while still encouraging them to push, grow, and challenge themselves. Her approach is warm, attentive, and highly personalized—making sure every woman who walks through the door feels safe, confident, and in your practice, Tricia’s goal is simple: to help you become stronger, healthier, and more connected to yourself, one session at a time.
