Tricia Cochran

Founder | Owner

Reformer & Sculpt Instructor

Tricia is the owner and founder behind Core Girls Pilates & Fitness. Born and raised in Dublin, Ga, Tricia has been passionate about movement and fitness since childhood. With a background in competitive dance, gymnastics, and cheerleading, performance and precision sports have always been a part of her life. Now a mother of 3, Aryana, Blakely, and Jesse Blake Jr. with the love of her life and fiancé Jesse Cox.

After discovering Pilates while living in Florida for 4 years, she turned her passion into purpose. Dublin, Ga was missing the perfect space for women to move, which inspired Tricia to open Core Girls Pilates to practice and teach other women this passion.

Tricia is certified in Pilates and Barre. Her dynamic and challenging Pilates and sculpt classes focus on building core strength, sculpting muscles, flexibility, and overall body conditioning. She ensures that every exercise can be modified to meet each client’s comfort level while still encouraging them to push, grow, and challenge themselves. Her approach is warm, attentive, and highly personalized—making sure every woman who walks through the door feels confident and comfortable. Tricia’s goal is simple: to help you become stronger, healthier, and more connected to yourself, one session at a time.

Caitlin Dean

Mat Instructor

Caitlin Dean grew up in Pennsylvania before moving to the area with her husband, Jake, in 2020. Together they are raising their three children, Carolina, Logan, and Charlie.

Her passion for movement began over a decade ago through yoga, practicing styles such as Vinyasa, Power Yoga, and 26&2. She also spent more than five years training at a kettlebell gym, building a strong foundation in strength and functional fitness.

In August 2025, Caitlin took her first Pilates class and instantly fell in love. What began as curiosity quickly turned into a daily practice, and she now spends five to six days a week in the studio. Pilates also sparked a deeper personal wellness journey for Caitlin. Through consistent practice she has become stronger, more confident, and more connected to her body.

Caitlin is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable and capable. Her goal is to help people feel confident, supported, and excited to move their bodies, no matter their size or fitness level.

Mandi Clay

Barre Instructor

Mandi is our new Barre instructor at Core Girls Pilates. She grew up in Dublin and has danced her entire life. After graduating from Dublin High School, she went on to study as an apprentice at The Performing Arts Center in Los Angeles, California.

After completing her training, Mandi returned home and married the love of her life, Michael Clay. Together, they have three boys: Hunter, Hayden, and Holden. Mandi later pursued a career in healthcare, earning her BSN in Nursing. She worked as a Critical Care Nurse at Fairview Park Hospital before transitioning to long-term care, where she has spent the past 11 years.

Now, she is excited to combine her passion for fitness with her first love—dance, through barre, and to share that passion with the community that has always supported her.

Montana Graham

Core Outdoors Instructor

Montana grew up in Twin City, Georgia, where she spent her childhood playing sports, doing gymnastics, and barrel racing. After college, Montana married her best friend, Cole. Together, they are raising the most energetic nine-month-old daughter, Maisyn.

When I’m not teaching or working out, you’ll usually find me on the ranch with my husband and daughter, enjoying the simple life.

Montana is a registered nurse and also hold certifications in personal training and nutrition coaching. After becoming a mom, she discovered a new passion for fitness centered around supporting women, especially postpartum mothers. Montana's goal is to help women rebuild their strength, regain confidence, and feel empowered through every stage of motherhood.

I’m excited to bring that passion to Core Girls Pilates and support women as they become the strongest version of themselves, both physically and mentally.
