Founder of Core Girls
Tricia Cochran is the founder and certified instructor behind Core Girls Pilates & Fitness. Born and raised in Dublin, Ga, Tricia has been passionate about movement and fitness since childhood. With a background in competitive dance, gymnastics, and cheerleading, performance and precision sports have always been a part of her life. After discovering the power of Pilates while living in Jacksonville, Florida for 4 years, she turned her passion into purpose. Beyond the physical benefits, she loved the relaxing, positive, and feminine atmosphere that a Pilates studio provided. That experience inspired her to bring the same energy and empowerment to Core Girls Pilates & Fitness. Tricia’s teaching style blends focus, encouragement, and flow, offering a personalized approach to every session.
